Pitch Ik ben in Maart 2020, na een buitenland posting (Malaysia), weer terug gekeerd naar Nederland en in Oosterbeek komen wonen. Ik haal mijn inspiratie uit het ontmoeten en inspireren van vrienden en collega's en ben ook altijd op zoek naar nieuwe uitdagingen en manieren om mijzelf te blijven ontwikkelen. Deelname aan een professioneel netwerk om kennis te delen en tegelijkertijd vrienden te maken in mijn nieuwe woon omgeving lijkt mij daarom leuk, nuttig en gezellig.

Ik heb een ruime Internationale werk ervaring in verschillende disciplines, heb een masters degree in Moleculaire Biologie. Ik werk voor Shell als Internal auditor op contract basis en ben op dit moment part-time werkzaam bij de GGD Arnhem in het Corona Cluster team

-Team Relocations Malaysia– Global relocation company [2015–2019]
Communication coach: training and coaching a team of 25 relocation specialists in Kuala Lumpur to ensure consistent high quality service in a multi -cultural environment

-SHELL International - Global Outpost Services (GOS) [2009–2012]
Global Mobility Manager: managing and coordinating 55 Shell Outpost teams across the globe, including recruitment, professional development and staff planning to ensure global coverage to provide standardized professional non-contractual mobility service for Shell employees and their families.

-Haanstra Primary School Leiden, the Netherlands [2005-2008]
Director/Principal of a primary school with 250 students, managing a team of 24 teaching professionals and a reporting line into the Haanstra school board. Successfully acted upon the 2005 School inspection audit report to close the gaps by:
*implementing a quality control cycle to monitor, support and facilitate staff with their performance and personal development.
*Implementing an efficient school administration and improving communication with stakeholders through available and new channels such as a dedicated website.
*Managed and supervised the maintenance and renovation of the monumental school buildings, resulting in a safer, more functional and well- equipped school building.

-Petroleum Development Oman (PDO/SHELL joint venture) [1999 – 2004]
Coordinator Outpost Muscat and Event Manager to support the Shell Expat community with expatriation as well as by organizing major social events

-Royal Netherlands Embassy in Muscat, Oman. [2001 – 2002]

Belangstelling voor andere functies In combinatie met de Shell audits is er nog ruimte voor neven activiteiten. Nu ik weer in Nederland woon sta ik open voor commissariaten - board membership - audits (bijv in het onderwijs).
